Order & Shipping
Order Processing
Once your payment has been authorized and verified, it will take approximately 1-2 working days to process your order. During this time, we will carefully review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days for domestic orders within Malaysia and 5-10 working days for international orders. Please note that these estimates do not include weekends or holidays. It is important to note that the estimated time to receive the order is calculated from the date of payment authorization and verification, rather than the date of order placement.
We collaborate with trusted delivery partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, GDEX, and Ninja Van to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. However, please be aware that during peak seasons, sales periods, and unexpected situations, there might be delays in the delivery process. Our team and shipping partners are committed to minimizing any inconveniences caused by these factors.
Delivery Rate
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown during the checkout process. It is important to note that you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes associated with the order, as they will not be collected by us and are not included in the order total. Any applicable fees will need to be settled upon delivery.
Please bear in mind that our estimated shipping time does not account for weekends or holidays. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for delays in customs clearance or failed payment approval. However, we will do our best to minimize any potential delays that may occur.
Location | Free Shipping | Estimate Delivery Time |
---|---|---|
Malaysia | Nationwide | 3-5 Working Days |
International | 3 boxes and above | 5-10 Working Days |
Note: Items will be billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for orders within Malaysia, and in United States Dollars (USD) for international orders.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Unsuccessful delivery attempts can occur due to various reasons, such as the recipient being absent, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or the courier’s inability to access the designated location. It is important that you verify and provide accurate address information along with complete receiver details to avoid such situations.
In the event that your package cannot be delivered successfully and is returned to us by the courier company, we will reach out to you to discuss the option of reshipment. Please note that reshipment fees will apply, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Taxation & Duties
International orders may be subject to taxes and/or duties. We ship packages under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms, which means that we do not collect or calculate VAT, duties, and/or taxes during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle any applicable customs, taxes, import duties, and collection fees, even if a shipment is refused upon delivery.
Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order directly on the package(s). These authorities have the right to either release or deny release of the package(s), and in rare cases, they may also cause delivery delays.
The amount of taxes and fees levied is determined by various factors, including the location, material, and value of the items. The government of the respective region is solely responsible for determining the amount of taxes due. In some countries, additional fees may be required to be paid through Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order necessitates these additional charges, it is your responsibility to pay them to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that these fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by us.
